For individuals

Patient, local computer help or training — explained.

Technology has a bad habit of making people feel like they're the problem. You're not. A printer that won't connect, a password that's locked you out, an email that looks suspicious — these catch people out all the time. Whatever else is giving you grief with a screen or a device or software, we're happy to help with that too. We sort it out, in plain English, at a pace that suits you.

Friendly Computer Help

Lost passwords, slow computers, printers that won't behave, MyGov and online banking — sorted in plain English, at your pace. No jargon, no judgement, no rush.

New Device Setup & Safety

Bought a new laptop, phone or iPad? We'll set it up properly and move everything across — photos, email, contacts, the lot. We'll also sort out your passwords and account security, and show you the warning signs of a scam.

Home Wi-Fi & Internet

Patchy internet out of town? We sort routers, NBN connections and the dead spots in the house, so it actually reaches the back paddock or the back bedroom.

Pensioner discount. Just mention it when you get in touch and we'll apply it to any household job.

Common questions

Questions we get asked a lot.

What if I'm not very techy?

That's most of who we work with. We explain everything in plain English, write steps down if that helps, and never make anyone feel silly for asking.

Do you offer a pensioner discount?

Yes. There's a pensioner discount on household jobs — just mention it when you first get in touch and we'll apply it to the quote.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the job — an hour sitting down together sorting out your email is very different from a data and automation project. A brief first consultation to work out what you need is free, and we'll always talk price before any work starts, with no surprises on the invoice.

What areas do you cover?

Colac is home base, and we cover the wider Colac Otway district — Elliminyt, Birregurra, Beeac, Cressy, Forrest, Apollo Bay and Camperdown included, along with the rural properties and villages in between. If you're nearby, just ask.

How do I get in touch?

Through the contact form on this page. We deliberately keep our phone number and email address off the website to cut down on scam and spam traffic — the form comes straight to us, and we'll get back to you directly.
